About Sovereign Exterior Cleaning
Sovereign Exterior Cleaning is an exterior cleaning business run by Rob Leishman from Cleveleys on the Fylde Coast. It cleans windows, gutters, fascias and soffits, roofs, render and K-Rend, conservatory roofs, UPVC, driveways and patios, for homes and for commercial premises.
Window cleaning and gutter clearing are kept on a regular local round in Thornton-Cleveleys, Cleveleys and Blackpool. Driveway, patio and pressure washing work is carried out across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Specialist work — roof cleaning and moss removal, render and K-Rend soft washing — travels further across the Fylde Coast and into Lancashire.
You deal with Rob directly. The person who prices the job is the person who turns up and does it.
How Sovereign works
Coastal properties weather differently. Salt spray dries on glass, sand works into frames, and damp sheltered elevations green over within a season. Looking at the property first, rather than applying one method to everything, is what keeps a clean safe for the surface underneath.
Not everything can be fixed by cleaning. Where a roof needs a roofer, where render is cracked, or where oxidised UPVC will improve but not look new, you will be told before the work is booked rather than afterwards.
How a job actually works
1. You get in touch
Phone, email or the quote form. Tell Rob the address, what needs cleaning and anything about access — parking, gates, tight side passages.
2. The property is looked at
Straightforward jobs can be priced from the details and photographs. Anything larger, higher or unusual is looked at in person first.
3. You get a price and a date
A price for the work described, and a date it can be done. If something needs a different trade, you are told at this point.
4. The method is matched to the surface
Delicate finishes such as render, K-Rend and older roof tiles are soft washed rather than pressure washed. Hard surfaces take more.
5. The work is carried out
Rob does the work himself. Anything found on the day that changes the job is raised with you before it is done.
6. You look at the result
If something has been missed, say so and it gets put right.
